From September to March, our discipleship department focuses on organizing bible studies, and every spring we organize Theology, Life and Culture (TLC) classes which help people apply biblical teaching into their everyday situations and struggles.  

This year our TLC classes will cover topics like spiritual warfare, why grandparenting & parenting matters, how to budget your finances, Christianity 101 and more! Classes will begin after Spring Break and are available to everyone in grade 9 and up. 

Some courses are available to attend online and some courses offer daytime options with childcare available. Check out northview.org to learn more about all of the courses being offered and to register.

We are creating a space to seek God together.

Prayer is often an underused privilege with untapped potential. Sunday Night Prayer is an evening to draw near to God together. This time will guide you to slow down, reflect on who God is, and ask him to make things happen on earth as in heaven – in our lives, in our church, and in our world. Whether you come to pray or simply sit in stillness, you are welcome.

We are thrilled to announce our 2025 Women’s Conference Rest! We are often weary of the conflict, the grind, the non-stop schedules. And yet, Jesus offers a completely different reality.

We invite you to join us May 30 + 31 as we come to Jesus, dig into God’s Word together, and find true rest.

Men of Northview – please join us the 2025 Northview Men’s Retreat at the beautiful RockRidge Canyon Retreat Centre near Princeton on Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13! This year’s theme is SHARP FRIENDSHIP, an exploration of how the Scriptures (with an emphasis on the Proverbs) speak to the importance and qualities of gospel-centered friendships among men in the church. Join your brothers in strengthening your bonds with one another and your love for your God!All men are welcome, and encouraged to bring their sons, middle school age and older. Early bird rate is $215 for a shared dorm ($155 student discount), available until March 11 with options for semi-private and private rooms at additional cost.

Alpha is a place where we discuss some of life’s biggest questions and explore some of the basics of who Jesus is. If you are new to the faith or questioning the faith, this is a great option for you!  Though this course isn’t designed for mature believers, it is a fantastic opportunity for you to invite your friends, coworkers, or neighbours who don’t personally know Jesus to join you for a night of great discussion in a friendly and comfortable environment. Dinner is provided, just make sure you sign up below so we know that we can count on seeing you there! Mondays starting April 28 and ending June 9, 6:30pm–9pm at the Downes Road Campus.

If you have accepted Christ as your personal Savior and Lord, if you’re interested in becoming a member at Northview and have not yet been baptized, or if you just want to know more about what baptism is, we would love for you to join one of our classes.

Our Membership class will walk you through the history of our church, and what it looks like to walk in committed community with one another, while deepening roots in Christ. To become a member of a church is to formally commit oneself to an identifiable, local body of believers who have joined together for specific, divinely ordained purposes. Membership now requires this one class only. (Previously Foundations + Membership)

Northview’s Middle School Ministries are so excited to partner with Camp Luther in Mission B.C. for the third annual Northview Middle School summer camp! It’s a whole week of overnight summer camp (day camps also available, but limited spaces). Hosted by Camp Luther. Join us for a week that you won’t forget! Chapel times, cabin discussions, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, 40ft water slide, craft times, swimming, epic wide games and of course all of this with new and old friends!
