Single Parenting
At FamilyLife Canada, our mission is to bring help and hope to all the marriages and families in Canada. That includes families with single parents.
Parenting is tough enough when there are two parents sharing the load, but we’ve seen the toll it takes on single parents when most or all of the parenting falls only on their shoulders.
So we’ve enlisted the help of two professionals for this video on demand mini series dedicated to helping single parents. You will gain wisdom from two of our favourite parenting educators: Joel Pukalo and Jenn Dean.
GriefShare
It hurts to lose someone. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. GriefShare meets weekly in 13 week cycles. Each week will include a time of video teaching and discussion time.
Any type of grief is welcome.
Begins September 2022! Stay tuned for more info on registration.

Northview Asks Podcast
Pastors Thaleia and Joshua, along with some special guests, talk through many of the hard questions we ask as Christians in the world today. "How should we think about mental health?", "How should I pray?”, How should we think about LGBTQ issues?”, "When should my kids take communion?"
The goal is simply to help us think these questions through with biblical faithfulness and gospel warmth.
New episodes every Tuesday. Submit your questions to podcast@northview.org.
