Holy Yoga & Christian Meditation

Hi Leah,
I believe that YOGA at its roots is an ungodly,occult, idolatrous belief system. Mixing the yoga concept with christian meditation is a form of syncretism that as disciples we cannot afford to dabble in. I know they say it is just a form of exercise and stretching. Then why not call it an exercise program combined with devotions. They are trying to put the churches stamp of approval on it to draw in unsuspecting adherents. Thats my opinion anyways.
