Several weeks ago, Northview received appeals for help due to the COVID surge that has greatly impacted South Asia. Through the organizations we partner with, we have been able to provide help towards the relief effort. Our church planters have received relief funds and were able to use them to distribute to the neediest people in their area: widows, poor families, and day labourers who have lost their jobs due to the lockdowns. These food rations will keep them going for a while.

Our partners have expressed immense gratitude to us for being able to help them and their communities during this incredibly difficult time. When the local church is mobilized and able to provide help, the witness of the church increases! Thank you for standing with us as we support our brothers and sisters in South Asia!

• Pray for our key partner who lost his wife due to Covid. Pray for his family as they grieve.
• Pray for the Covid surge to end and for the lockdowns to be lifted.
• Pray for continued opportunities to extend outreach within these church planting networks.
