Join us on Wednesday, October 29 at 7:00 PM for our next Young(ish) Adults: Christ & Cults night.
Ever had a conversation with Mormon missionaries? Curious about Jim Jones and other cult movements? Come explore with us as we look at how Christ shapes our awareness of cult-like beliefs and practices—and how we can share the Gospel with those involved in them.
We’ll spend the evening hanging out, enjoying snacks and drinks, and diving into a thoughtful discussion about various cults. The night will also feature a panel with people who were once part of these groups, sharing their stories and offering insight into how Christianity compares.
Come curious, come hungry, and come ready to learn together!

The vision for Young(ish) Adults is to create a place for older young adults (25+) to connect and build community, for the purpose of connecting them into the broader church community. Within these monthly gatherings we host discussion-based events, focusing on relevant topics of interest such as: engaging with culture, Christian ethics in the marketplace, dialoguing with other worldviews, political engagement, etc. in hopes of growing together as Christ’s Body in our effectiveness in the world for Christ’s glory.
