Disciples In Progress

Our D.I.P. Leadership program exists to support, equip and challenge students. To nurture GROWTH in maturity and in their faith, and to bring GLORY to God.

**DIP will be replacing the Grade 7/8 Thursday afternoon Bible Study. However, all of the Thursday Bible Study elements: Study/Prayer/Rest/Trust, will be integral aspects of our D.I.P. programming.

D.I.P. is intended for grade 6-8 students who are excited to grow as disciples of Christ and actively serve within our church and local community.

**We are seeking students who are willing to commit to attendance of the Thursday discipleship
sessions (3-4:30pm), as well as serving regularly in our church community.

Goals
1) Maturity: leading students in building upon the foundation of their faith through prayer, study and action. We seek to better know Jesus Christ, to follow Him, to obey Him, and become ever more like Him.
2) Service: helping students to discern their call and giftings towards advancing the kingdom mission of Christ in the church and in the world
3) Leadership: equipping students to become “disciple- makers”, those who are ready and able to lead others towards faith, in spiritual maturity, and in Christian service
