Located 100 miles north of Vancouver, British Columbia, Malibu is situated at the mouth of the world-renowned Princess Louisa Inlet. The medical team members and their family (spouse, and children under 19) stay at camp during the time of service at no cost. Summer Season: From June through mid-August, Malibu is used exclusively by Young Life to run their High School summer camp programs. Each summer Malibu welcomes thousands of High School students from across the US and internationally for the best week of their lives. The services of one physician and one other medical professional (nurse, nurse practitioner, or second physician) are needed to provide medical coverage to our guests, participants in the Beyond Malibu hiking program, and to yachters in distress.
