Housing Wanted

HOUSING FOR SINGLE MALE – I am a 32 year old single male looking to (hopefully) find a place within the nearby Abbotsford area that is also cat friendly (my daughter would be very upset if I have to let him go). A bit about me; as you already know, I am indeed a father of an 11 year old daughter who I have on weekends and more so during the summer months. I work full time (5-7 days a week) and is very active when hockey season comes around. I am clean, quiet, very respectful and helpful when around. I was placed in a very tough position this past week and have been living out of my car, but spirits are high, but will need to find a place sooner than later. The best I can do is $1100/month with utilities included, can supply my own cable/internet as I am still on contract with Telus. Thank you all for your time and God bless. Please email (20/07)

APARTMENT OR SUITE – I’m looking for an apartment or suite. It needs to be cat friendly; I’ve had her all her life and she’s very clean, well behaved and trained. Strictly indoors and I clean her litter box every other day. I need laundry on site (included or coin) and it needs to be within a 20 mm radius of Columbia Bible College. Would move in between August 15th and no later than September 1st. I’m a 26 year female (who is Christian) I do not smoke, drink or party. I’m very quiet and responsible. I’m a mature student hoping to attend CBC. I receive guaranteed income from IA and living supports are included in my student loan, so rent is no problem. I also have good references. Thank you so much! God bless. Looking forward to hearing from you. Please call/ text me: 250-267-8432 or email: (13/07)

BRIGHT CONDO OR BASEMENT SUITE – minimum 800 sq ft Bright Condo or Basement Suite with patio/deck.
I do not smoke or allow anyone to smoke, do not do drugs or have parties. I work full-time and my job is secure. I have a bird, she keeps me company and makes me laugh. I am looking for a long-term rental with reasonable rental rates. You will not find a better tenant then me. No carpets because of allergies. I am tired of all the rental scams and rental companies that will not make time for a working person to view places in the evening. I am hoping someone out there has the right place for me. Please email me if you have something that will work for both of us. (13/07)

1-BDRM SUITE – We’re a recently married couple attending Summit Pacific College here in Abbotsford. Looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or basement suite for under $900 that allows a well-behaved cat, hoping to move in at the start of September! Phone is 250-535-0847 (13/07)

1-BDRM APARTMENT – Hello, I am a quiet respectable teacher moving to Abbotsford hired to teach at a public school in Central/Northern Abby area. I am seeking a 1 bedroom rental in a quiet, secure neighbourhood. I do not smoke, drink or party. Happy to rent long term if the suit is suitable. Please email me at (13/07)

2-BDRM SUITE – My husband and I recently moved to the area. My husband just got a job at MEI. We are both Moody Bible Institute graduates. My husband also attended Trinity Western for two years. We do not smoke or have wild parties. We are strong believers and reliable, responsible, kind people. We have a small 12 lbs dog. She is 8-years-old and very well-trained. She doesn’t even shed! Our budget is $1,200/ month. Please contact either Kenton (604) 217-8864 or Emily (604) 217-8836. (13/07)

LONG TERM RENTAL FOR FAMILY OF FOUR – Hi! My wife and I, along with our two preschoolers, are in search of a long-term rental. Here’s a little bit about us: We never: drink, do drugs, smoke, vape, have pets, throw wild parties, hoard, sublet, or call you every other week asking you to fix things. We always: pay rent, respect the place in which we live, and seek to be upstanding members of the community and neighbourhood in which we reside. My wife and I both have stable jobs and steady income and have post-secondary degrees. We’re active members of our church and involved in several community programs and events. We’re open to credit checks, giving multiple references, and doing whatever we can to give you peace of mind. We’re looking for a 3-bedroom place, but will almost definitely be expanding our family (so more rooms wouldn’t hurt). We’re quite partial to east Abbotsford, but not closed off to other areas. Something we’ve found difficult in the past is living below other people. It’s really hard when you get the little ones down to bed and they’re woken by other people! That being said, we’re less likely to choose a place where we live under other folks. We’re looking for something no greater than $1500 – $1700 monthly, and wouldn’t be sad if it was less. Thanks for your time. You can reach us at (13/07)
