After School Tutoring Program
The current provincial health order allows us to host certain programs for children and youth on site here. So once again We will be offering after school Free tutoring for the children in our Indo-Canadian community.
Our After School Program is an outreach to Indo-Canadian kids from Kindergarten to Grade Six. The volunteers at this program are available to help with homework. Fill The Pantry
Fill The Pantry is a monthly brown paper bag food drive in support on Northview’s The Pantry ministry. The Pantry provides non-perishable and fresh food items, as well as a hot meal, free of charge to those in need in our community. Northview Mission is starting a church garden Spring 2021! This garden will provide fresh food for our kitchen ministries and to those in need. We hope to have regular gardening events planned for people to come and help us sow, plant, weed, etc. If you have connections to farm equipment, soil, or other gardening items, let us know at email@example.com!
Northview Mission runs various ministries out of the kitchen! Weekly breakfast is prepared for Hope Central and Fraserview on Wednesday mornings at 5:30AM. On Tuesday afternoons, Helping Hands Meals prepares food that can be frozen and taken out for those in need. To join one of these ministries email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emergency Supply Kits
Northview Mission has collaborated with Mission Community Service Society and the Fire Hall to provide emergency service kits to those in need. If you would like to support this ministry contact email@example.com.
First Home Hampers
Northview Mission has collaborated with SaraforWomen, a local non-profit society providing transitional housing for women, to supply the basic necessities of a home to women as they exit the program and live on their own.
