Northview 2020 Tax Receipts (Statements)

On Tuesday Feb 2 Northview sent 2020 Tax Receipts (Statements) via email to all donors with an email address in our system.  Please refer to this email for a downloadable PDF of your Official Receipt for Income Tax purposes. Please download your statement within 14 days. 

If you did not receive the email and would like to download your 2020 tax receipt or any other year, please refer to the information below.


Please use the email address or phone number that is in our system. Please do not create a new donor profile if you know you have donated to Northview this year. If you are unsure, please contact us for the email address or phone number we have on file for you and allow us to update it so you can log in. You could also check some of the other email addresses you may have given Northview or check your junk mail box. 


Please send us your full name, email address, and mailing address. You will receive an email back once your information is updated.

Online donor profile link:

You will need to enter your phone number or email address we have on file for you to receive your login code. After you have logged into your online donor profile, you may see the Donate screen that says There are currently no funds accepting donations. Please check back later! Go to the top right circle with your picture or initials and click on it and choose profile.  Then under your name you will see “My Giving” and click on it. Scroll to the bottom to see the statements (receipts) you can download. Or you can view your history using the drop down menu to choose the year.

Please do not add any payment methods or recurring donations. 




Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why didn’t I get the email in the first place? 

A: There are a few reasons for this. Northview may have an incorrect email address for you, or, does not have an email address for you. This email may have also been identified as spam or junk, so it may be sitting in one of those boxes. 

Q: Why can’t I donate online using PCO?

A: We have disabled this feature in PCO, however, we do accept credit cards using Visit to set that up. 

Q: I have questions about the amount on my tax receipt.

A: Please feel free to email if you have any questions.

 Our program assigns donations to individuals, therefore, if you find that your 2020 donations are lower than expected, perhaps some donations are under your spouse’s name and you will need to check their email, download their tax receipt or repeat the process of logging in. CRA allows for either spouse to claim tax receipts even if only one spouse’s name is on the receipt. If you would like your donations joined with your spouse, please contact us.

Q: What if I don’t have an email address?

A: A paper tax receipt will be printed and available shortly.
