The Sola Podcast is a place of discussion. As our weekly Sola gathering is the place where we focus on worship, teaching, and the Word of God, the Podcast is a place where we can apply those aspects to our lives. It is becoming more and more difficult to know how our faith interacts with a culture that is becoming more and more secular by the day. We try to look at things from various perspectives, interview people with differing opinions, and have a good time doing it.

Here is a brief outline of our show so far:

Episode 1
This episode introduces our hosts, Adam Wormald and Sam Bryce as well as a few other recurring characters. There is no particular theme for this episode but highlights include: “Rant from a Lead Pastor,” “Movies with Adam Clark,” and some great local music from Carnival Knights and Young Liars. You will also be introduced to Dolly Oliech, the new Director of Sola and hear an update from Pastor Ezra.

Episode 2: Missions
This episode focuses mainly on short-term missions. We say goodbye to our good friends Ryan Giesbrecht and Matt Brown who head out to Southeast Asia for a few months. We also host a roundtable discussion about missions with, and talk to Pastor Jeff Bucknam. This episode features a variety of world music to spice things up a bit.

Episode 3: Local Music

Christmas Playlist Spectacular – Bonus Episode
Adam decided it would be a shame for everyone to put in Mariah Carey’s Christmas album and never be exposed to some of the other gems that have come out over the years to celebrate our Lord’s birth. Hence, a Christmas mix that will knock your stockings off!
