Mission Summary

I am now living in Kauai, Hawai, working with YWAM (Youth With A Mission).  We moved here in the beginning of January, when we got here we had a place to stay for free for the first 3 weeks, which was a total blessing for our team. It gave us time to look around and find a place to live. We are now living in a town named Anahola, it is on the east side of the island. It is a spiritually dark place, and it needs all of the prayer that it can get. Anahola is known for a few things, and none of them are good. There is a lot of domestic violence, substance abuse (alcohol and drugs), teenage pregnancy, and suicides in this part of the island. So as a team we are moving in here with a spirit of prayer and worship. We spend 3 or 4 mornings a week praying and worshiping God and lifting up Anahola to Him. We are believing in faith that our prayers will begin to invoke change in this part of the island. We are being tremendously blessed by the people on this island with gifts and other such things that we need for our house. We are also getting involved with churches and other church related groups on the island. I am also in charge of all the financial aspects for the team which is a very big responsibility. We are also working on finding a location that we can start a base and start running a DTS (discipleship training school).

Praise Item:
We have somewhere to live. We have seen Gods continual blessings on us as a team since we arrived. God has definitely been providing us with places to live, places that are too nice for us. Even in the people that we randomly meet we are being blessed. 

Prayer Requests

• A property for our base to be on.
• Unity and growth within our team, growth both spiritually and in the physical size of our team.
• More financial support for myself, I dont quite have enough to cover all of my expenses right now.
• Prayer for strength personally, this island is heavy with spiritual warfare.
• That I will get the Religious workers visa that I am applying for.
