Mission Summary

David’s Primary Tasks:
-Training and coaching Chinese pastors
-Helping churches do long-term strategic planning
-Conducting congregational health studies and analysis using the Natural Church Development system
-Assessing ministry candidates for mission agencies and churches
-Teaching leadership & church planting courses at a few seminaries as adjunct faculty

David’s Long-term Plans and Dreams:
In order to remain strategic, starting this year, I will focus primarily in Hong Kong and no longer travel to Australia. One of the main developments is the formation of the OnTrack Network. It is a platform to network with like-minded persons and organizations in the areas of leadership development and church multiplication movements. I will continue to teach at a few seminaries (contract based) in both Canada and Hong Kong.

Prayer Requests

• Protection for my family when I am travelling. I will be travelling to Hong Kong 9 times this year plus other shorter trips in North America.
• My coaching of the master of divinity students in the areas of leadership and relational skills at the China Graduate School of Theology in Hong Kong.
• In the past year, God has opened doors for me to train teachers and principals under the Hong Kong Education Bureau. Please pray that I may know how to present the gospel as good news to them in their context.
• Financial resources to sustain a growing ministry.
