Mission Summary

We provide management consulting and leadership development services to faith based organizations including churches, para-church organizations and educational institutions using the Adizes change management methodology. Barry also coordinates the “Pastor’s Council”, a group of 25 senior pastors who visit Ottawa once a year to meet with the Prime Minister and other political and diplomatic leaders.

We are responding to numerous faith based organizations who are seeking assistance in working through the challenges of leading volunteer organizations. The Bible has a lot to offer in leadership development and management principles and our challenge is to communicate those principles in such a way that results in more people engaging in the work of the Great Commission.

Prayer Requests

• The capacity to respond to the requests for assistance that the Lord brings our way.
• For the Pastor’s Council events in Ottawa to be held this Spring.
• On-going training and certification in management principles through the Adizes Graduate Institute.
