Northview Community Church exists to make disciples through the multiplication of healthy local churches.
In order for this vision to be realized, we need our church to be healthy, and we need all of our people involved in the disciple-making process.
We planned this Leadership conference in order to help you to engage in this mandate.
During our three Plenary sessions (hosted in the Worship Center), Jeff Bucknam, Mark Burch and Ezra Okoti will talk through Northview’s vision and mission, and big picture ideas and goals.
Our nine Breakout sessions (hosted in various classrooms around the church) were lead by other pastors and Northview volunteers, and were focussed on providing specific training which will equip you to better make disciples.
