Mission Summary

On Feb. 15, 2011, we returned to Uganda and Southern Sudan where we are overseeing the construction of a school, renovating staff housing at a health clinic, and also moving and setting up a solar bakery oven - all in 4 months. We are now well into our ministry in Southern Sudan, the world’s newest country.  Southern Sudan is currently going through a huge transition as it emerges into it’s own country with democracy. We pray for wisdom and integrity for the new leaders and a spirit of peace and cooperation. There are many challenges ahead.

We have a lot of work to get done over the next few months; please pray that we can accomplish and stay focused on what God is asking of us. We need favour with the new South Sudan government regarding the taxing of goods coming into the country. We have applied for the ministry to have a non tax status, pray it will be granted . We will be returning the first of June, 2011.

Please pray for God’s wisdom, his favour with government officials, our health and safety while in a new and unstable country.
