What I do: Talk, breathe, then talk some more. Actually, I count it a great honor to preach God’s Word nearly every week at Northview. During the week, I try to spend my time developing leaders and thinking about the future of our church. It’s a great gig.

Spouse/Kids: Jeanne is my wife and she is better looking, kinder, gentler, and an all around better human being than I am. I have two boys and one daughter, Ethan, Micah and Sophie, who are three of the best people I have ever known.

How I got involved with Northview:  I came to Northview to be the Pastor of Young Adults from Hope Community Church in Nelson, New Zealand. That was back in 2006. In 2008, the church asked if I would consider becoming the Lead Pastor and now here I am.

A few of my favorite things:  The Triune God, my wife and kids, Arsenal FC, the Seattle Mariners, golf, squash, basketball, chocolate and coconut anything, New Zealand, laughing, and books.

Education:  I have a Bachelor’s degree in History and Communications from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, I have a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and I am currently a Doctor of Ministry candidate at Talbot School of Theology in Los Angeles.

Hope and Vision for Northview:  I want us to be a Biblically faithful, culturally engaging church that brings the reign of Christ to bear on every part of our lives.
