Assessment

Available to our members online or in paper format and consists of 5 elements. 

P = Personality Style. Individuals use a  personality assessment based on the DISC model to reveal their response styles.

L = Learning Spiritual Gifts. Individuals use a Scripture-based 16-Gift model assessment to clarify how the Holy Spirit has equipped them.

A = Abilities Awareness. Individuals use an assessment based on the RAISEC model to discover the most effective environment for them to serve comfortably.

C = Connecting Passion to Ministry. Individuals complete an inventory of demonstrated and felt passions to reveal What motivates them towards opportunities.

E = Experience of Life. Individuals can map out the significant experience of their life that make up their story. This information is later used in the workshop to help the individual to explore the effects of their past experiences and how those experiences play a vital role in finding their place of service.

Note that Northview Congregants have access to one PLACE Online Assessment at no cost (complimentary).  Guests at Northview can access a PLACE Online Assessment for a small fee.
