Northview is led by the Council of Elders (CoE), which is comprised of volunteers, members of Northview, who are discerned, and then affirmed, by Northview members. The CoE meets approximately once a month. Elders serve for an initial three year term. A second consecutive term may follow. Elders serve as chair or member of one of the board commissions.
